Hey I'm new to this and I would love some support & advice as I don't really know anyone who can help or understand. I brought loads of food yesterday including Quorn, fruit, veg, vitamins, nuts, soya milk and a few other bits (it's my profile picture). Am I missing anything? I'm feeling constantly hungry and weak :( I know it'll take time but it's proving hard. Any tips on what to eat to keep up energy? Thanks!

Are you eating enough to match your daily energy expenditure? :)

Hi Katrina I think that as long as you balance the protein carbs minerals vits etc you're eating and ensure your getting sufficient calories you shouldn't feel hungry or tired .In fact if anything removing the meat protein should make you feel less sluggish or tired,Beware the negatives and doubters who will tell you that you feel that way because you're not eating any meat ! research the abundance of recipe ideas you can find online and balance 3 square meals a day... but if you keep feeling that way a trip to docs ! ? ;)

maybe you should eat more vegetables, or potatoes, rice and pasta. Drink more, or even drink soup before your meal. You can still have some biscuits or chocolate when you feel like, but not too much. A good sleep is important too. I hope it helps, good luck ^^
