That video i posted, i watched. It really helped me understand my purpose as a human. Helped me realize more about everything i needed.

I was explaining to my brother what i learned. He really thinks that we were literally born to eat meat! He fought with me about this! I cannot believe i used to eat meat. But i am so happy i am changing my life.
I really feel that my family is going to not be supportive.
Brainwashed! All that meat is rotting in their brain!

He doesn't know that animals are being slaughter! ALIVE! No painkillers. No nothing!

I am so glad i have friends that are behind me on this. Especially you guys. Keeping my head up with your news feeds.

Such a great video! Saw that video like a month ago and it made me never want to drink milk! My family isn't supportive of it either! There is just so much ignorance towards the animal cruelty. I mean honestly, if i told you you can get all of your nutrients without animal product, then well, what has a person got to loose?

They think it's a natural thing for us to do. They think it's healthier eating animals.
I tried to explain how the slaughter house plays it out. Step by step. HE DOESN'T CARE! Neither does my dad.
It really upsets me,
I mean, oh well, if they go before me because of a disease. Not to be mean.

Brainwashed zombies! I know what you mean. For all I care, people can die of cancer as their punishment. Just kidding!(not really)

I'm with you on that! I will be living a longer and healthier life because of my new lifestyle.
It is sort of a punishment in a way. I would rather die of old age than young with a killing disease.

Stubbornness versus incorrigibility. I think the battle lines have been drawn. Short of bridges being burned, I see emotional cuts and bruises down the road. Not to say I'm completely ruling out a happy ending or a deus ex machina, even though this is real life and not Hollywood.

Just a booklet a guy gave me after a music event. I took the booklet home not knowing what it was about. So a few days later i read it and got curious. Did my research and could NOT believe my eyes..

I went shopping yesterday and found vegan pizza and vegan chicken strips. I showed my dad all the vegetables and fruits i bought. The cereal and soy milk. Soups and etc. He was proud of me because i am taking this seriously. I know it'll take a while for my friends and family to be ok with it.
Also everyone keeps telling me these 2 things... One, you're going to be sick a lot. Two, meat is healthy. I mean, you need meat in your diet.

But i don't need the meat.
