Vegan is the best for health*, the health of the planet, and of course the health of the animals (because you are not killing them.)*avoid GMO's, pesticides, poisons, food allergies, sabotage, cross-contamination, & other unhealthy issue's. Please eat a full balanced Vegan diet making sure you get what your body needs everyday. If you don't know, learn. Research, ask other Vegans, especially Vegan doctors, and nutritionists. Listen to nature, your body, your intuition, & not only what you crave. But i have found i can get everything that i ever liked when non-vegan made vegan & it tastes better and is better for me & the planet. ~Journey.
