Pumpkin Pie Smoothie. Super delicious, vegan, and of course a healthy 'treat'.

-1/4 cup pumpkin (canned or fresh)
-1/2 large banana
-1 to 1 1/2 cups of almond milk

-1 scoop vanilla vegan protein (I used Lifetime Fitness VegaMax)
-1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds
-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
-1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Blend all together and enjoy! Makes one serving.

All that's missing is some vegan whipped cream on top :)
