We routinely or sadly euthanize animals when they haven't found their forever homes or are terminally ill with no hopes of returning. What are your views on 'assisted suicides' for human patients who are in their final stages of life and are in unbearable pain? Shouldn't our dear ones have the option of choosing to die in dignity?

It's evil to kill both animals and people. I am not one of your "we"

I agree with your first sentence. My question was about human patients in comatose or vegetative state and in unbearable pain, some of them just waiting for their organs to start failing one by one.. Shouldn't they have the right to end their suffering and dying with dignity? Or would you rather let them and their dear ones suffer a prolonged death? I meant no offense. The question was asked from a genuine place of concern and compassion.
